Alternating Swing

Similar to the natural arm motion associated with walking, swing your arms, alternating left and right, back and forth. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, with a slight bend in your knee.

Variation 1: With each back and forth motion, lift the opposite leg lightly off the ground.

Variation 2: Stand on one leg while swinging, and then after a certain number of repetitions or seconds, switch legs. This will strengthen your coordination.
